Intrinsically Safe Dual Function Smoke and Heat detector

MD9901-EX is an intrinsically safe addressable multi-criteria detector ables to set off the alarm in case of smoke presence or high temperature. It can be used as combined (smoke and heat alarm), only heat or only smoke mode. It transmits to the central unit, by a custom protocol, the values of the smoke quantity and the temperature.

It is designed for the use in areas with potentially explosive atmosphere and certified according to the ATEX 2014/34/UE directive.

Self diagnostic function generates fault condition in case of sensor failure or degradation.

The detector con be supplied with different baseplate according to the installation requirements.

The detector address is programmed by the central unit or by software tools.
